Buckinghamshire has some wonderful countryside and some great cycle rides for all abilities.  Please see the listings below and click on the links to download some fantastic cycle routes.

2010 Tour de Vale cycle routes

15 mile route  - ideal for families

35 mile route  - perfect for the leisure cyclist

55 mile route  - the ‘challenge route’

Chilterns Cycleway - a 170 mile (274 km) circular route in the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, linking attractions, market towns and places of interest. The route is on-road, mostly on quiet lanes, and is clearly signposted.

Chiltern Heritage Trail - 3 lovely family loop trails starting and finishing in Amersham

The Grand Union Canal – six miles of new and improved towpath between Bletchley and Leighton Buzzard

The Phoenix Trail – a lovely 5 mile family cycling trail from Thame to Princes Risborough.
