Fact: Just 15 minutes cycling to and from school improves bone strength, joints and muscle tone.

Cycling is a really great thing to do. It's fun, it's fast, it's great for your health and good for the environment too. And it doesn't cost anything.

Do you want to cycle more, to school perhaps, but your parents won't let you? Talk to them about cycle training. There are a number of cycle trainers in Aylesbury who can train you and your family or visit your school for training. Click here to go to cycle training.

Whether you're about to start cycling or you've been doing it a while, you need to know about safety and looking after your bike
